① “Yellow Sakura”
The image at the beginning of the piece is from the first time I entered a bamboo forest in Japan. The unique topography and the dry skin of the bamboo trees left an impression on me. The next image is Sauer magnolia. Next, moving from the bottom to the top, yellow daffodils appear. The simple form of a yellow flower opens the door to fractal geometry, which is the basis of all elements. Daffodil is a symbolic flower that I carry within myself. And what kind of flowers are you holding?
② Moonflower
It is an animation consisting of the calligraphy of two letters called ``Tsukihana'' and the moon and flowers. The main themes of the works I have created so far are the moon, flowers, and nature. It expresses the wish that it would shine until the end, like a flower that glows quietly under the moon.
③ Departure ~Un Nouveau Voyage~
Plants can overcome harsh environments to produce beautiful flowers from seeds. The moment a flower blooms after a long time is also the beginning of a journey that connects the plant to the next life.
The scent of flowers is used as a trigger to express the moment when forgotten and suppressed feelings are remembered, and one decides to accept the past and move forward.
This work depicts a woman who accepts her past and departs from where she is to a new place, overlapping with the life of a flower.
④ Life
I’m french, actually living in Japan.
The main theme of my video is the possibility of flower to burst anywhere, anytime.
⑤ BALLET × FLOWR
Flowers only bloom for a short time, and their beauty is fleeting. Ballet also has a momentary beauty that can only be created at the moment of dancing. I would like to combine these two intangible brilliance and preserve them as a single image.
⑥ Visit to worship
In the light shining through, I arranged the Bird of Paradise flowers in a bell bowl and tried ringing it to calm my mind.
7. End of Summer [Tadayoshi Akiyama]
When I looked up at a withered lotus flower while visiting a grave during Obon, there was only one thing that greeted me.
